Track your order

Track delivery progress from the Aurloo app or website. You will see real-time status updates once the order is confirmed by the seller.

Enter your order ID to fetch the latest tracking status.

Email or phone is required if you are not signed in.

In the app

  1. Open the Aurloo app and sign in.
  2. Go to Orders and select the order you want to track.
  3. Tap Track Order to view the latest status.

  • If your order shows no updates for an extended period, contact support so we can investigate.
