How do I update my phone number?
Go to Account > Profile in the app and update your phone number. You may be asked to verify the new number.
Why is my order delayed?
Delays can happen due to high demand or weather conditions. Check the order status in the app and contact support if the status does not change for a long time.
Can I change my delivery address?
You can update your address before the order is shipped. Open the order details in the app and check if editing is available.
I did not receive my OTP email. What should I do?
Please check your spam folder and verify the email address on your account. You can request a new OTP from the Resend OTP option or contact support if the issue continues.
