Deleting via the Aurloo App

For the fastest processing and to verify your identity securely, we recommend deleting your account directly within the app.

1. Open the Aurloo app and log in.
2. Navigate to your Profile (bottom right).
3. Tap Delete Account.
4. Review the data impact and confirm.

Manual Deletion Request

If you have already uninstalled the Aurloo app or cannot access your account, you can request account and data deletion via email.

Please send an email to support@aurloo.com using the subject line "Account Deletion Request".

• Required info: You must send the email from the registered email address associated with your account so we can verify ownership.
• Timeline: Once verified, your account and all associated data will be permanently removed from our systems within 7 business days.

What happens when you delete your account?

• All personal profile information is permanently erased.
• Your order history and active rewards will be lost and cannot be recovered.
• Any pending orders or active subscriptions must be resolved before the account can be fully closed.

Note: This action is irreversible.
