Get help with your Aurloo account

Delete your Aurloo account

You can request account deletion directly from the app or by contacting support.

Delete from the app

  1. Open the Aurloo app and sign in.
  2. Go to Account > Settings > Delete Account.
  3. Confirm your request when prompted.

If you do not see the Delete Account option in the app, use the email option below.

Delete by email

  • Email support@aurloo.com from your registered email address.
  • Include your registered phone number and your most recent order ID (if available).
  • We may ask for additional verification to keep your account secure.

What happens after deletion

  • Your profile and saved addresses will be removed after verification.
  • Order history and invoices may be retained as required by law or for fraud prevention.
  • You will receive a confirmation email once the request is completed.
